I'm glad I went into the store. I considered a similar model that was a couple dollars cheaper. But when I say in both chairs in the store this was a no brained purchase.

First "mesh" office chair in 38 years of mainly office work and picked a real winner. Very comfortable with strong mechanism that works.

After much research and watching countless YouTube videos I decided on the Dexley because it was a larger chair. I am SO HAPPY I went with it because it is REALLY comfortable and so much more maneuverable than my old office chair. It also adjusts super easily. The only thing that would be nice is if the arms folded up but since they adjust up and down I can simply raise them to the top setting along with the chair bottom and it slides up tight under my desk. GREAT CHAIR!!!

This is a good office chair especially for the cost. I was looking at an X-Chair but concluded it was too costly. The Union & Scale is a good and affordable alternative.

Much better on the back you figuratively feel as if you are floating. We did add padding to the arms and swapped the wheels but that will have no effect on the comfort of the back neck and hips. Great buy!

I have back problems and I must say this a very comfortable chair. I like the high back the lumbar & the head rest. Very happy with it. Thank you Mike who was my sales man for all your knowledge and help.
