Lumbar support keeps falling down

I like this chair and it is quite comfortable. However even though I adjust the lumbar support to be on the highest setting it keeps going back down eventually back to the lowest setting every time I sit down. I don't even put that much pressure on it; it just keeps falling down when I put my back on the chair.

Compared to other brand at this price...this chair is bigger better head rest and lumbar support. The bad flaw is that the back rest is to far back..so when you sit down...your butt touches the outer edge of the seat...and for those like me with no cushion..its pain within minutes. Trip to hardware store for some longer bolts with washer spacers somewhat fixed this.(i changed the angle)

I shopped for so long for a chair as I have back issues and am particular about the seat itself. I've had this chair a little over two weeks now and am very happy. The lumbar support is just right. I don't really need the headrest. The seat has a little spring to it and the length from front to back is perfect. The seats that are shorter in length are not comfortable for me. Overall very satisfied!

I just finished assembly which was not difficult using the included instructions and the required hex wrench. So far the chair seems fairly comfortable and has good adjustments. The only issue was that the chair was delivered to the wrong address and my neighbor up the street was kind enough to bring it to us.
