after 4 days the lock upright position was sloppy and wobbly. Chair seat was uncomfy after 20 minutes or so and plastic edges around seat mesh curve up and poke you unless you are exactly centered in the seat. I give full credit to staples however for standing behind in and taking a return. I bought something else due to their willingness to oblige me as a customer. Defiantly designed for the petite and small frame stature person.

i got this on sale but i am so very happy i got it. I needed a new chair BADLY. Old one was causing back issues. I am at my desk looking at a computer all day.
