Overall this is a comfortable chair good for working at the desk. I have a smaller frame so the headrest sits a little high for my comfort and it would better if the arm rests could go in a little bit more. Great buy comparable chairs I've seen are much higher.

Chair was comfortable and quality seemed good at first. However the mesh on the seat ripped away from the sides after only 4 months causing my bottom to touch the hard plastic base. I weigh 170lbs and use the chair in my home office.

Purchased this chair a few months ago and love the feel and the design of it. I had been having issues with creaking sounds since shortly after I purchased this. Tried my own tactics to fix it but today I called the support line of Union & Scale and they were extremely helpful. Within minutes they had two new parts ordered and disassembly and reassembly instructions sent to me. According to who I spoke with this chair has a 7 year parts warranty. Don't listen to the negative reviews regarding quality. Apparently they'll backup their product! I wasn't going to bother writing a review but I had to share my experience. Well done Union & Scale!

The team at Staples assembled the chair. Pick up was easy. The chair is comfortable and easy to adjust. The height is good if you have a low desk or the keyboard is on a tray under a desk.

For the price this has proved to be a very good desk chair for my office. It is relatively easy to assemble and has a number of nice ergonomic features for back and neck support along with tilt and swivel. The mesh breathes well compared to my very old leather chair it replaced. Time will tell how durable it is but so far so good

I love this chair. I didn't think it needed the headrest since it is an office chair but I find myself resting my head on it when I am reading whatever is online. Within a day I realized the stress in my neck and shoulders were gone! I couldn't believe a chair would do that but it has. I feel the muscle tension release. Even my chiropractor noticed the difference in me. Amazing! Overall this chair is very comfortable and sturdy. I highly recommend this chair.
