I have a lot of issues finding a chair that fits my legs. Normally my feet do not touch the floor. This chair is SO comfortable. My feet touch the floor and the seat itself is comfortable. I haven’t had back or leg pain since I started using it. My ankles used to swell from other chairs because of the way the seat hit my legs. I have had NONE of that with this chair. I will definitely recommend it to EVERYONE!!!!

I really like this chair. It is comfortable to sit in for long periods of time the chair doesn't "get hot" like the synthetic or real leather chairs do. Very quiet chair no squeaks or pops when leaning back or adjusting weight. Rollers are very smooth and quiet as well. I don't use the head rest often but it is comfortable as well. The Rubberized arm rests are soft enough to use but not overly "spongey" as most padded arm rests tend to be. Over all a great investment if you are looking to sit at a desk for a long period of time. An even better investment if you get it on sale as I did! :D

the tilt lock does not lock nor the head rest stays still. I feel like I purchased a faulty chair that did not support its key features . It is comfortable and moves smoothly on top of a plastic computer desk mat. I am 5'8 so it supports my height.
