For the most part the chair is great. Seems to be comfortable. However assembly gave me some trouble. I was unable to attach the head rest as the screws would not go in. Not a deal breaker but I think assembly should not be an additional cost considering how much your average business spends with you.

The reason I gave this a 3 is that I cannot adjust the lumbar support to fit my back properly. I am a shorter male 5’ 5” and the lowest setting on the height of the chair it a bit too high.

Comfortable easy to assemble and at a good price. More expensive chairs will have more ways to adjust headrest firmness of the tilt etc but all the defaults were fine for me.

This chair was easy to put together. It is a replacement for an executive chair with cheap fake leather that was falling apart. It is comfortable to sit in for long periods so far. We will see how long it lasts as it seems all chairs in this price point are replaced in about 3 years.

I give this product a 4 star review. The seat is fairly comfortable for the long hours of work from home. However it was a bit difficult to assemble and I’ve still not managed to be able to get the head rest attached. The nail holes seem to be off. Otherwise the rest of the chair is solid. I got the protection plan just in case anything comes undone however the mesh seems to be made pretty well.
