You're not going to write home to tell them about your newfound comfortable chair but it gets the job done. The mesh keeps your derriere and back cool the armrests are adjustable width and height and the headrest is reasonably comfortable (Despite looking awkwardly positioned). The tilt back angle is not bad and is spring-loaded (so you don't have that split second of feeling like you're falling over backwards). I got the mesh to avoid the peeling 'bonded leather'/vinyl. (The $20 warranty helps with that but they're /going/ to peel so get the mesh if you hate the peeling)
GREAT chair at an affordable price! Bought it to replace a 15+ year old chair. What a difference especially the mesh back and seat...definitely cooler than the departed cushioned relic!
I had the chair about 2 1/2 weeks. Only used it nights/weekends when I worked at home on my computer. Noticed large crack in plastic in back mid of chair. Nobody else in my household so I'm only one that sat in chair. Sat back in chair a few times but didn't do anything that put undue stress on the chair. Took chair back to staples and got a lazyboy desk chair.
