Don’t be pay for installation; it took me all of 10 mins to assemble this chair! Very sturdy great quality and overall awesome value for the money! It’s supportive and i feel like it will last a long time unlike many cushion top chairs! This is a great deal for a “WFH” chair!

I like the adjustability of the chair the back support is nice and the head support although quite goofy looking really does feel good if you lean back. The casters on the other hand sucked and I had to replace them within 2 weeks. I rolled off the edge of my chair mat and all of a sudden that little bit of imbalanced load was enough to start them scraping thier plastic housing. My new $30 super casters work great and the chair is still very comfortable but after adding the extra $30 worth of casters I probably wouldn't have considered it.

I recently purchased this to help with posture problems caused by my old chair. I have a pinched nerve in my neck which I believe was aggravated by being hunched forward all day (work from home life) This chair is comfortable and has assisted with correcting my posture.

I made the purchase because my old chair was starting to give me back pain. We spent a long time at the store trying to get the right chair. This one was comfortable. Sadly when we got it home the full height extension wasn't quite high enough for my desk. My sciatica promptly got worse. I tried adding some padding to lift the seat but it didn't help. We had to return it which was very easy. I am still on the search for a taller adjustable and comfortable chair.
