I’m 6’1 210. Ex athlete. Joints and back and body aches since I retired my cleats. I’ve Been working from home for a year zoom sessions daily. My Last chair got the job done but this chair i was really what I needed. Easy to assemble 30 minutes or so. Ergonomic mesh and tilts just right for me. Arm rest and padding is ideal as well. My hips and back feel great!

Don't buy this chair! The mesh on the seat tore after half a year of use. And before you ask yes I am well within the weight limit. This chair is also not very comfortable in general and it's adjustments are limited.
