This chair was delivered promptly and was very easy to put together. Directions were clear and took me about 20-30 minutes to put together. The chair is very comfortable I’ve been working from home since March and noticed my back was taking the brunt of stress and pressure. Since using this chair I’ve noticed a big difference in how my body feels. I would definitely recommend this chair. It also glides very smoothly.

This chair is well made and comfortable. The cervical and lumbar support are better in this chair than all of the others I sat in even those that cost double what this one does. This chair makes it a bit easier to sit up correctly rather than slinging you backward instantly when you lean back a bit like many desk chairs. The arm rests raise and lower several inches to adjust to your arm length. All in all a really nice chair!

Pros: Chair assembly and instructions were easy and user friendly. Lumbar support is adjustable Cons: The "tilt" lever does not work gap in the back between chair seat and back rest is too big. Resulting in poor posture when sitting fully back against the lumbar support. Will have to return the chair for a more ergonomic one.
