uncomfortable

This chair is uncomfortable. It feels like the back is pushing you off the seat. It needs to have an adjustment for the seat portion. Instructions were very good though. Only one screw was very hard to screw in. Also staples sent the wrong color.

Bracket that holds the wheels broke after 1 mo of use. Warranty claim submitted was advise back order on bracket. Fast forward no bracket available Company sent whole new chair after several months of waiting. Kudos to warranty claims personnel.
Preface: I normally use this chair for about 3-4 hours a day. Over the last two weeks I have been working from home. So my usage has increased to around 12-15 hours a day. This chair has made this whole experience worth it. My only complaints come from my own misuse. I tend to lean my head forward due to my microphone placement. My neck ends up being a bit stiff until I corrected this use. The only complaint I have against this chair is the lack of how far it reclines. After hours of use you tend to want to straighten up by leaning back. The chair reclines about 25-30 degrees. For the price though one complaint like that I don't believe is a critical choice in buying. I would highly recommend this chair for the durability and comfortability with the price included. No noticeable wear after a year of moderate to heavy use. Mesh is still very firm and conforming like it was when I bought it.
I give the chair a 8.5 for comfort and 9 for sturdiness (out of 10). It is ergonomically a great chair to aid in good posture during long days sitting behind a desk. I personally like mesh chairs that breath well which helps reduce sweating when sitting for long periods of time.

Not Very Supportive.

The chair is fine overall but its a bit wide and the default position is closer to 50 degrees than 90. The headrest is unusable unless you really try hard to "sit" in the chair however doing so will put you in a position to lift your back from the very mediocre non adjustable lumbar pad. If this chair is under 200 bucks and you require a wider seat... sure but I'd keep shopping.
