Great price but not comfortable

This FlexFit Dexley Mesh Chair checked a lot of the boxes on paper and came with a great price but it's simply not comfortable to sit in for any extended period of time. The mesh was not a real mesh but rather a plastic feeling synthetic mesh. Made the decision to return and will restart my search again. The online return was easy to generate a return label although it's a huge pain that I have to take the chair apart and repack it back into the box as I cannot simply return it to a Staples store but have to mail it back.

I REALLY LIKE IT.IT SUPPORTS MY BACK&NECK.I'VE HAD ALOT OF SURGERIES OVER THE YEARS&IT'S A NICE CHANGE FROM SITTING ON MY COUCH/RECLINE'S.I HAD TRIED OUT ONE THAT MY SISTER-IN-LAW HAS&SAID THIS IS A GOOD CHAIR.I ASKED WHERE SHE GOT IT&STAPLES.I HAVE A LIKE REWARDS CARD THERE.OF COURSE SHE HAD TO COME PUT IT TOGETHER FOR ME.PLUS I GOT IT ON SALE WHICH WAS ANOTHER GREAT INCENTIVE.THANK YOU.

Great chair don’t buy the Staples warranty though

Just put together my chair and I love it but after reading the warranty including in the assembly instructions I’m regretting adding the Staples warranty to my order as Worklife Brands includes a 7 year warranty with the chair. Bit of a rip off from Staples but nonetheless still a great chair
