I had the Hyken and really liked it except I couldn’t use the headrest because of my height(5’11”). I saw someone describe this as its “big brother” and say the headrest worked well for them at 6’2” so this chair sounded perfect. It is not. Its locked angle is far too leaned back to be comfortable and if you do try to embrace that uncomfortable angle it doesn’t lean back evenly. I’m going to go back to the Hyken without a headrest.
Good value for the price Simple locks upright (push the height adjustment lever in to lock). Good lumbar support. Also the option to not install the bulky neck support. I’d easily recommend this to anyone. I’m 6”2 210 and this chair is solid.
Easy to assemble Isabella didn't want the arm rests or the back headrest installed so I only assembled the base with wheels seat and back and it works well hope it holds up her excess weight! The salesman can't remember his name at the Staples in Lancaster California was very helpful both of us like your store and the one in Palmdale is good too! Take care all the best Bill Utvich
Within 3 months — returned it for a new one but my guess is it will be the same. I guess I’m going to have to buy a chair that costs more than $200 bummer
