I was recently diagnosed with back issues and our bed exasperates the issues. I've noticed when I wake up with a little back pain it is gone by the end of my workday due to this chair. It has a number of features I had to mess with a few times to get it just right but now it actually helps my back. Love this thing

Been using this chair for over a week or so and liking is so far! Beats other chairs I've been using that have cushion but are very uncomfortable. The biggest thing about this chair is that when sitting with back back straightened and bum all the way back there's no pressure on my tailbone which was the biggest issue I had with previous chairs. I had a seat cushion for that reason but haven't had to use it with this chair so far! Better yet the pressure on my tail bone has since alleviated though I still feel it from time to time when sitting on other seats. With the work-from-home atmosphere I use my chair extensively and haven't had any issues as of yet! I tried many chairs within the Staples building prior to deciding on this chair and I couldn't be happier. I needed a high back: check. I wanted a head rest: check. I needed a chair I could comfortably sit in for longer periods of time: check! The only "concern" I have is the warranty. The manufacturer warranty claims 4 hours of use in a 24 hour period which is odd since the advertisement in the store claims 5-10 hours... Regardless I hope it doesn't come down to every needing to make a claim. I did purchase the Staples warranty as well.

I had the Hyken and really liked it except I couldn’t use the headrest because of my height(5’11”). I saw someone describe this as its “big brother” and say the headrest worked well for them at 6’2” so this chair sounded perfect. It is not. Its locked angle is far too leaned back to be comfortable and if you do try to embrace that uncomfortable angle it doesn’t lean back evenly. I’m going to go back to the Hyken without a headrest.
