I had set my eyes on buying a high end ergonomic chair. After reading the reviews on the Hyken office chair I decided to visit a Staples store to try it out. The Hyken was nice but a bit small for someone 6" tall. I saw the Dexley which the staff member said it was just a "larger Hyken". It seemed well-built. And for an extra $20 you get a 3-year parts/labor warranty. My son uses it for school. So far so good. The Dexley was 1x-4x the price of a high end ergonomic chair and seemed similar in performance. I am happy with the purchase.

We just assembled two of these chairs and one had a extra piece of plastic near the screws for the head rest. Good that we had the ability to carve that plastic off. So far we haven't used the chairs as they are in a new office area. They are comfortable and look great in our new room.

Absolute Garbage Slow Sinking after 3 months.

Got a replacement gas valve sent no instructions. That only took an additional 2 months to received and as it turns out this part is not really supposed to be removed. This chair is garbage has taken months to NOT resolve and should have been rolled straight back to the store the first time it sank with no warning. Sub-150 pound person it aint me.
