Aside from the chair itself it was not at all difficult to put together in fact I did it myself! If I had to make one change it would be to lower the back so that the neck rest would suit me better. I remedied my issue by adding a contoured pillow to the seat. I cannot say that my small issue was the fault of the chair I happen to be short and I'm used to making adjustments. Others have seen it thinks it's just as nice as I do.

I tried this chair several times at Staples and found it comfortable. But not comfortable at home. Even bought a "Purple Seat Cushion" from Bed Bath & Beyond to raise the seat in order for the arm rests to be lower. Arm rests are too high for me. Wish they turned outward or moved further down. I like the easy movability.
