I'm a reasonably average sized guy 5'11" 200lbs and I personally found this chair incredibly uncomfortable. The seat was too narrow which created a hard pressure on the outside of my thighs and the headrest even on it's highest setting was too low for me. My fiance on the other hand at 5'4" 120lbs found the chair quite comfortable. The construction seamed very good and the chair was very sturdy but just because the chair is rated up to 275lbs doesn't mean a 200lb+ individual will find it comfortable.

Hurts my legs and butt

I really wanted to love this chair. I was really looking forward to the mesh style chair. It seemed quite comfortable at first. I love the adjustable arms. That's about the best thing about it. The rest isn't good. The lumbar support isn't very good and the adjuster didn't help much as it's very limited. It requires a lot of force just to recline in it and you can't stay reclined unless you're forcing it. It sits too upright without any wiggle room like most other office chairs have in the locking mechanism. I was able to looked past all of those issues but the deal breaker was how painful and numb my legs and butt became after sitting in the chair for only a couple hours at most. I am not a heavy guy at all. I think this chair was made for heavy-set people to be honest. I'm 5'8" 142 lbs athletic build. I should've maybe went with the Hyken. I may try it when it goes on sale again.

Seemed great at first but then the mesh started coming out of the seam and I sag down so I'm sitting on the plastic. Started a few months after I brought it so I can't return it now. I'm only 135 pounds and I feel disappointed that it only lasted a few months.

I've had the chair about a week now and it's still comfy. It was easy to assemble it maybe took 15 minutes. The adjustable lumbar is a very nice feature the neck/head support I don't find use for. Overall it's a good chair and worth the money.
