Hydraulic lift failed after 2 years. Mesh and many adjustments make it comfortable but it needs to last much longer.

I work seated for extended periods of time. I got this chair when my Herman-Miller Aeron chair broke. It is a nice chair but started to hurt my butt after a couple of hours sitting. Needed to return and purchased an alternate chair.

I expect this to last a long time. I will never again buy a bonded leather chair they simply do not last regardless of price or brand.
