Now that I spend so many hours a day in front of my computer my old desk chair was just not cutting it. I was having terrible back pain at the end of each day. I've had the chair for about 2 weeks. It's a huge upgrade to the folding chair I had been using at my desk. I wanted both a mesh back and seat which I find more comfortable than a cushion seat. Adjustable headrest and lumbar support make it customizable to my frame. The sales team in Staples was very helpful in comparing various chair options.
