The construction and materials exceeded expectation. The headrest support actually works and adjusts as needed especially when reclined. Lumbar support is better than Herman Miller's since there is more range to tune for optimal comfort/location. This chair easily comparable to competitors at 2x to 3x the price. Buy it you won't regret it.
