The chair was easy to assemble. So far the chair is comfortable. I am worried about the mesh seat though. It is doing well for now but it is only two weeks old and will have to wait to find out about its durability. At least I bought the extended Staples warranty to go with it. Over all it seems to be a decent. comfortable and sturdy chair.

You cannot lock the back support at an angle. It's either fully upright or unlocked. That's a big limitation.

I've owned this chair for about about 10 months now and it squeaks so badly. I've soaked the undercarriage in lithium grease and for a little while the squeaks went away. However it only worked temporarily and now I can never make the squeak disappear. Greasing every so often doesn't makes some movements not squeak (only for a short while). There's always some squeaking! And why did Staples design this chair so that the edges are sharp. Sometimes I sit cross-legged on the chair and those edges will dig into my feet. This chair was cheap but I really regret buying it.
