Staples assembled my chair very well. Great glide on the floor. Very comfortable to sit in. The head piece gives great support. I appreciate the advantage of leaning my head back on it for rest and comfort. Very pleased with my purchase.

I have had the chair for about two weeks and I'm completely satisfied with it. It is comfortable but not the type you'd sink in and relax and become sleepy on. It's a chair for work easy to clean and that can help you maintain good posture. My only complaint is that I would have preferred an option to take the arms off but this is a minor issue.

Comfortable Adjustable feels sturdy hinges and casters moove smoothly. I havent had it long enough to determine durability but early results are promising. Only gripe is lumbarsupport hasminimal adjustability and no locking mechanism so very long/short torso's might not fit well and it can shift over time.
