I put it together in under 20 minutes. So far the quality seems good but have not had the chair that long. The chair was packaged well. Very comfortable with good lower back support.
We had our chair put together by the store; so can't comment on the ease or difficultly putting it together. (Feel it was worth the extra cost.) So far the chair feels comfortable has good back support & seems well made. (Time will tell.) Otherwise would recommend this chair.

I picked up the chair this morning and had it together in no time at all. Putting it together really couldn't be easier. I'm 6'4" and a heavier guy and this chair size wise matches up very well with me. It's comfortable so far we will see as time goes on though. Over all the quality is ok...however the plastic cover that goes on the bottom of the back rest and back of the seat is broken off on the top. It is still wrapped around the section that screws onto the seat and there is no way of completely removing it with out breaking into pieces. It's purely a cosmetic piece that I should be able to glue back in place as it's just too much of a hassle to pull it back apart box it up and return it. I do hope this is not an indication of the quality on the rest of the chair as I do like it so far. I'll update this review if things worsen with it.
Good chair just didn't like that the edge of the seat is raised hard plastic that'll dig into you if you try to sit cross-legged. Best thing is the 7 year warranty. I bought mine in 2020. Just called to get the mesh seat cushion replaced as it's beginning to sag a bit. Called a while ago to replace cylinder that sank into base and cracked it. No hassles at all. Nice to see a company stand behind their products.
The chair was not anywhere near as comfortable as the description or reviews lead you to believe. It broke after 5 months. I was sent a new part I didn’t receive for another 5 months. I cannot replace the part on my own and have had others try to no avail. Customer service advised me it wasn’t their problem and I could take the chair to a store for assembly and pay! I live a good 30 minutes from a store and it won’t fit in my car. They finally agreed to give me a coupon for the assembly after an hour on the phone with them. So I still have a broken chair and no way to get it to the store. Things break but the customer service offered will guarantee I shop elsewhere.
