Very poor quality and worthless warranty. After about 2 months the seat fabric started to separate from the seat frame. Also it sinks so I have to keep raising it. The chair is supposed to have a 7 year warranty. However I called for a replacement seat back in early October; it's now December and I still don't have a replacement. It's too late to take the seat back and I just can't sit in it any longer. I'll have to cut my losses and buy another chair. Very disappointing.
