It is what it is. Fine chair if I get 5 years I'll be happy. It'd be nice if it had a manual in case I need to make adjustments. A couple more inches of height would be good.

I needed to replace my office chair; I guess all the time at home due to the pandemic wore out the old one faster than i anticipated! I was looking for an ergonomic chair (I have a bad back) and this one was well-rated. My only complaint thus far is that it can't be locked to allow reclining by simply pushing back on the chair. One must pull out the lever below the chair each time it locks in the upright position (which is every time one isn't reclining). Otherwise I think it will be a winner!
