I am so glad to get a new chair/upgrade. I have had my other one for 20 years and it was hurting my back this one took care of these issues. I put it together myself (a senior female) and only one problem with the last set of 3 screws to put in one of the chairs receiver slots seemed striped on the inside threads and took a lot more to get it in with some graphite and W-D 40. All in all I would highly recommend this chair.

After a week of use I'm very happy with the feel and sturdiness of the chair. One star subtracted for assembly which is straightforward enough only after one figures out the truly awful graphic instructions. And you'll want a second pair of hands to hold the assembly in place while you're trying to tighten the bolts.
