Chair is very comfortable and was not to difficult to assemble myself. Only drawback is the headrest only adjusts vertically and it’s would be nice to move it horizontally. One armrest top wiggles which is weird
Not sure exactly when I bought this though it is ripping hasn't been very long---maybe a few years. The mesh on the seat from the side resulting in not supporting my weight (I'm 120#) which results in me sitting on the hard frame.
We just finished assembling the chair. Flat feet on the floor works for me at 5'9 but not for anyone smaller. My teenager does not have her quads perpendicular to the floor. The armrestsare not as adjustable as I thought. My teen wears an adult medium tshirt and the arm rests do not slide in enough to support her elbows and align with her shoulders. The height lever is very hard to use. I don't know if ours is broken from out of the box but it us so hard to use. This might become my tall husband's new gaming chair and I'll be on the look out for a better one for my daughter. Really disappointed on the arm rests for the MSRP price. Also note the wheels say only to be used on carpet. I did not notice that in the original description. The head rest was super frustrating to put on. Next time I'd put that on the back before attaching the back to the seat. I attached a picture of the arm rests as far in as they'd go.
