Son loves the chair and it's super comfortable. Yet after just 2 moths the mesh seat is unraveling. Not a year but actually coming undone at seam. Can't find a customer service repair help site to help fix it.

This is a nice chair I like the fee of it. over all I'd love a locking feature that puts chair upright and personally I like one foot under my leg at times and it is not comfortable for that but so far the construction and arms adjustments/height and back feel great. Plus I do like the head rest and the way it looks. If it hold up a few years I could see going 4.5 to 5 stars.

All in all it is great. I wish the arms could go lower as it limits how high you can adjust the seat while fitting under a desk.
