Mesh Seat not sturdy

Mesh came apart on the side of the chair. It is collapsed on one side and not really any way to repair it without taking the whole chair apart.

We love the chair but more importantly we love the fact that Staples always has what we need for our home office. I have been working from home for the past 6 months. I had a desk chair that I had previously bought with looks and decoration in mind rather than functionality. I had to kick it to the curb when it started hurting my back to sit in it too long as I work 12 hours a day from my desk. I did my research on what type of chair to buy and I figured this was my best bet. It arrived quickly and the first couple of months I LOVED it. It has cut down on the pain in my back and it is just overall a comfortable chair. My one issue with it is that the mesh after a while isn't as tight as it is when you first get the chair causing it to not be as ergonomic. It still is comfortable but I wish I got some more use out of it before it started to go soft. I will keep it until I cant but for the price (when it wasn't on sale) I expected it to last a little longer.

For me this chair is not comfortable at all and is causing the shoulder pain. Also I believe returns are not so easy in staples and this shows item is not eligible for return.
