After less than a week the lumbar support was digging into my back and I could not adjust it to a comfortable position. The seat pan seems wide but the edges are hard plastic and after sitting for a while you start to feel it under your legs. The arm width is not adjustable and are too far apart.

There's a very high lip around the edge of the seat that cuts into your thighs making it too uncomfortable to sit on for even a short time. It did earn a star back since the base design was close enough to the chair I was replacing that I was able to use the seat from the old chair with the back/headrest from this chair.
