This is the third time that I have bought one of these chairs. I have spinal stenosis and they work better for me than anything else that I have found!
Around 200lbs and just over 5'10. Previous chair was an ancient pleather high-back executive chair that was an inch too low and leaned way too far back. At full raise my feet sit lightly flat on the floor at 90deg and the front edge of the chair is not uncomfortable nor pressing too hard under my legs. I don't use the arms because my forearms are on my desk but the arms exactly hit the front of my desk edge so they don't get stuck UNDER it like the last chair. Casters are smooth and silent on hardwoods. Plastic wheels aren't scratching it or anything. The back does a mini-recline when I lean back (like just talking on a conference call) just a couple of inches yet when I'm leaning slightly forward typing the lumbar is hitting just right. Have not yet tried adjusting any of it because the default positions are working. So yeah after just under a month I have to say this was a great value. It's definitely stopped/saved me from feeling like I need that H.M. A.... chair like I had at the Corp office.
