I can tell the arch and the neck support is gonna get extremely loose from wear and tear over time. I don't know if this is the same for the hyken.

I am 6'2" and was looking for an affordable ergo chair for a long time. I had found one reading online reviews and had decided that Staples Hyken was the right one. When it arrived and tested it I found out that the headrest was touching my shoulders. So I returned it. Now I got this Dexley chair and am happy with it. The lumbar support is way better than that on my Aeron C size chair. The armrests do not tilt inside-out but they go up and down and it is worth the price. Also the headrest does not raise enough for my height unless you have your monitor on the upper part of the wall next to the ceiling and not on your work desk. Though it is same with my Aeron headrest. The chair is not good for sitting more than 3-4 hours constantly but that is a good thing as a reminder to get up to take a break. So if you're like me with back pain tall and need an affordable ergo-like office chair then don't look further.
