I can't say enough regarding delivery; ordered on a Wednesday afternoon and showed up Friday afternoon. Started out in CO. to WY and finally Montana. Chair is very comfortable and provide excellent lower back and head support. Now that it's warming up I suspect the mesh surface will remain much cooler than leather or fabric.

For the most part the chair is great. Seems to be comfortable. However assembly gave me some trouble. I was unable to attach the head rest as the screws would not go in. Not a deal breaker but I think assembly should not be an additional cost considering how much your average business spends with you.
