bottom scraping the carpet

very comfortable but not sure it's well built. Had it just over a year and the bottom pole has slipped down to the floor so that when you move the chair it scrapes the carpet. I'm 200 lbs but it should be able to handle that. That being said I'm going to order another one in case it was a fluke issue because it is comfortable.

After borrowing a similar Staples brand chair from a co-worker I convinced by husband that he needed this chair for his home office. What a mistake! We bought the chair in March and the mesh fabric has already come apart from the seat frame. The weight limit is 275 lbs my husband is well under the limit. This might be a good chair for someone at least 5'10" and under 175 lb. The seat is deep so you need long legs to be able to sit back far enough to get the benefits of the lumbar AND for your feet to touch the ground while sitting at your desk at a comfortable height.

Love the chair! Especially the excellent lumbar support. Also love the mesh seat and back that provide great ventilation. Assembly was a snap with the absolutely fantastic assembly instructions! All screws/fasteners were color coded and in individual pouches for each step of the assembly! I've never seen a better assembly process!

Great back support a big chang from what my previous chair had- which was just some solid mesh nothing to hold up my back. It feels very premium and my only complaint is the lumbar support could have more padding.

This chair is comfortable. Most notable is the strong back support. Excellent value for money. One minor improvement: make it possible to flip the arm rests up or lower it further so that I can slide the chair close to the desk without having the arm rest hitting the desk drawer.
