I got this a week ago and after putting it together it's not bad considering that it was onsale and for 180 is a great buy but i was hopping for more adjustments. but It will do. One star off because the of the pre-tapped screw hole was pretty bad. I had to use a socket wrench to get pass the bad tap on the top. the included allen wrench wouldn't of done it.

center pole has already dropped to the carpet

After using the product for less than a year the center pole has dropped to the floor and it now touches and rips up the carpet. I am under the weight limit of the chair so this shouldn't have happened. Very disappointed in this chair.
