Me and my family are enjoying the chair. So far no complaints! Sometimes we each have to spend hours at the computer for school & office work so we needed a chair with good back support. We've had it for 2 weeks and no one had mentioned any lower back problems.

Chair is decently comfortable but makes loud snaps and creaks when I lean back. Will contact Tech Support for resolution. Kind of shock you when you lean back and there is a loud SNAP!

This is a very nice chair. It was very easy to assemble which was a big plus after reading some reviews of other chairs. It’s also very comfortable with adjustable lumbar support. I’ve only had it for a week so I ant vouch for durability but it appears to be well made out of good materials. I don’t expect to have any issues with it.

The reason people comment about sitting for longer periods is due to the mesh seat. Having used MANY office chairs in my life and finally getting one that had mesh seat and back made a huge difference and was the reason I bought this one. I'm in my 60's now and regular office chairs even with cushions become uncomfortable quick. I've had it a week and am quite happy. Some assembly needed but it has a beautifully designed hardware pkg; didn't need to read any instructions just use the pictures. It's winter now and you feel the cold a little more but I'm sure it will be awesome during the hot humid months. No forward seat tilt but the mesh may eliminate leg pain for some. Head rest does adjust up and down but not back and forth. This chair overall is much better than what I had and there may be better but a good solid purchase for the price.

Chair is comfortable but I am a big and tall guy. The headrest is stationary and not adjustable. Have not been able to get the chair to feel firm. It always goes to the back posiiton.
