I originally bought this chair in 2020 during covid WFH. It's a great price and comfortable. However after 2 1/2 years the mesh started pulling away from the chair. So I bought another one figuring this was just normal wear and tear. After 2 1/2 years the plastic base on the 2nd chair cracked and the piston holding up the chair pushed through to the floor. So I cannot in good faith recommend this chair to anyone who needs it for daily use.

i got this on sale but i am so very happy i got it. I needed a new chair BADLY. Old one was causing back issues. I am at my desk looking at a computer all day. I am overweight so i know that has part to blame. However this FlexFit chair has been great. no back issues at the end of my day. i'm happy!

I have been using the chair for a couple weeks and like it a lot. The back reclines and the seat tilts a little with it - a good thing. I like the headrest to support my head (duh!) when reclined. I replaced the casters with rollerblade-type wheels. This is a nice upgrade to consider. There was nothing wrong with the original casters but the replacement wheels are nicer. The 7-year warranty gives me confidence in the durability.
