My son who is the businessman working from home and is the person using this chair says it is comfortable and cool. My husband and I picked it out particularly because the two chairs we had purchased previously with the soft padded arms wore poorly. The arms as well as the front of the seats on both previous dark brown chairs were worn down to white in a few months. This one with hard arms should wear better My son says it is good quality and comfortable to sit in for hours on end!

Chair is very comfortable and provides the support I was looking for. Since I tried a display model in the store I was not taking a big risk. Ordered online through my Staples store and had it shipped directly to the local store. I paid for assembly but when I arrived to pick up the chair it was NOT assembled. I got a refund for assembly took the chair home and did it myself. Instructions and packing made assembly very simple and easy to follow. I also watch a step-by-step assembly by another customer on YouTube. Chair is great but the in store experience not so much. This is an easy DIY project.

This office chair was part of my Christmas 2024. The chair provides good back and neck support. The chair is made from a stiff nylon mesh allowing for ventilation. Should be much cooler to sit in. Several adjustable features. I'm happy with this chair!

Set it up and enjoyed using it for about 8 months. Recently I heard scraping when I rolled the chair and saw that the hydraulic not only failed but the pre-set location for the hydraulic in the base had slipped a few inches and now scrapes the floor chair is now unusable.
