Very good thus far (one week). New to the mesh concept but it is comfortable and the headrest is nice. Everything is adjustable and the cushion on the arm rests was important to me so I'm glad it has something. Wheels function well and the chair fits my frame 6'0" 195lbs. Worth it for the sale price and also bought the Staples warranty but I doubt this will break down within three years

After a couple months the mesh seat sunk making this chair actively painful to sit in. My legs hurt for a couple days even after no longer sitting in it. I am 85lb LESS than the rated weight so this should not happen.

Like the chair meets most of my expectations. Time will tell how it holds up under regular use that’s really important. Has great lumbar support and comfortable overall. What would make it a 5 star is being able to raise it another 1-2 inches higher. My desk is taller than standard height so a little more lift would be perfect. I bought it at reduced holiday sale price which was a good buy. I don’t think I would have paid full price however.
