The mesh construction on the bottom is horribly inadequate after a few weeks of use it is sagging almost to the point of touching the frame it is way to stretchy and weak creating a hammock effect putting all your weight on the sides of the thighs. I'm 5'10" 160lbs so well below the weight/size limit for this chair. I've had mesh bottomed chairs before that do not have this issue but they've used a much sturdier mesh material the material used seems to be adequate for the back of the chair but completely inadequate to have someone sit on. This chair will eventually give you more pain than any chair you've ever sat on unfortunately at that point you'll be beyond Staples meager 14 day return policy. The chair will feel fine when you first use it so be warned it will not last long!
Positive points: range of seat height spins arm height adjustment. Negative points: lumbar support tilting back headrest front to rear seat dimensions…. If a user is less than five feet tall with a non-human skeletal structure perhaps this thing would work. I have never over many decades sat in anything as painful as this chair. Being temporarily homebound the obvious “try and buy” was not an option.

I'm 6ft 2 and 235 lbs. The back support is not good at all. It doesn't keep it straight and leaning back on the chair makes you lean back like you're pondering life looking at the stars.. and that's with the forward lock on. Leaving it off makes you lean back further. The back rest doesn't stay put and always pushes itself down. Head rest is great if the back didn't lean back so much. Very disappointment and wouldn't recommend.
I love it so far. Assembly was straightforward it feels large enough for someone who’s 6’2 and has great lumbar support. I highly recommend this chair.
I've been using this chair for a few weeks and am mostly happy with it. The seat height arm height lumbar support neck support and back tension are all adjustable. The only issue for me is that the seat back is a bit too inclined in its fully upright position and a task chair works better with a more upright seating position. I improvised a fix by inserting a few washers where the seat back attaches to the chair to tilt it forward a bit but its not the ideal solution and its difficult to implement. Overall though not a bad value for the price.
Chair is kinda ok mesh isnt very comfortable and head rest is subpar but the thing that really upsets me is it does not lock upright it tilts back even when locked so it defeats the purpose of being a ergonomic chair and haveing good posture if when I sit in it its tilts back making me have to lean foward to keep the chair up and use my computer.
