In general it’s a decent chair. Material is better than under $200 chairs. The seat is wide and deep so it needs more back support for a “average size” person. I had to return it as I was curving my back when sitting.

The chair is comfortable enough. However is got creaky fast and the biggest problem is the piston is now failing after only a few months. Very disappointing quality.

This chair is worth every penny. Got it on sale at my local store and the putting together took me maybe tops 10 minutes. It's comfortable the mesh prevents sweating the head rest is amazing; something you don't think you need until you have it. I work from home much better now no back nor neck pain. I highly recommend this chair to anyone.
