I was looking for an ergonomic office chair that provided good neck support. I needed a headrest and have been very happy with this chair. The headrest moves up and down and also tilts so it is somewhat adjustable. I am 5'5" and the lowest setting is perfect for me. I like the adjustable lumbar support and have no complaints about the arm rests. This chair has made an improvement in my back and neck pain as I work from my home office.
