Easy to assemble extremely comfortable and provides perfect back support while working. There are certainly more expensive chairs on the market but none that could possibly be more comfortable!

I bought this chair on Nov 19 2022 and started using it shortly after ... All of a sudden there seems to be a problem with the hydraulic (?) Part of the chair that makes it go up & down because it will randomly just go all the way down & I think it will slowly drop during the work day... The chair is pretty comfortable... This is just more annoying than anything especially for how long it took me to decide on a work chair.

Don't buy this chair it brings you back problem

I had this chair in my office work for few month in the beginning this chair was very comfortable but few weeks later i started felt my back pain and i didn't realized it was the chair problem until it got worst then i found out the mash seat doesn't have support on the center of the seat so it pulled all the gravity to the center of butt and your back.

The hydraulic lift handle bumped my desk causing the chair to suddenly drop all the way down and split the chair leg hole where the hydraulic cylinder rests. The handle paddle also broke in half when it hit something on the way down.

I did have a little trouble with the tilt lock. After checking installation videos on Youtube I was discouraged because a few people stated that the Dexley is difficult to recline and only reclines so far and that you have to use knee pressure to keep it back. That is not so you have to turn the lock beneath the chair to loosen it to your liking. It was pretty hard to turn a wet washcloth finally did it. You loosen it then use the height level handle pull it out and your chair reclines back very well push it in and it looks in the position that you choose. I love this chair and can fall asleep in it... It’s for my sewing a s craft room.
