For the price was disappointed that the chair only lasted a few weeks. Chair says limit is 275 I weigh 200 and after a few sits the chair is coming undone and I hit plastic bottom everytime I sit down
The tilt is set too far back. Tilt knob is on so tight that it can’t be turned. You need to inform your people to leave the tilt knob so it can be adjusted by the buyer. I now have to pay someone t have the proper tools to loosen the so I can adjust the tilt to my liking.
The chair is fairly comfortable and was easy to put together. The real issue is that it no longer stays elevated. I’ve had this chair for some time now but now it sporadically drops without warning which is pretty annoying.
You're not going to write home to tell them about your newfound comfortable chair but it gets the job done. The mesh keeps your derriere and back cool the armrests are adjustable width and height and the headrest is reasonably comfortable (Despite looking awkwardly positioned). The tilt back angle is not bad and is spring-loaded (so you don't have that split second of feeling like you're falling over backwards). I got the mesh to avoid the peeling 'bonded leather'/vinyl. (The $20 warranty helps with that but they're /going/ to peel so get the mesh if you hate the peeling)
I love this chair! Not only is it so comfortable but ergonomically it’s genius! The positioning of the arms and headrest help a lot with my carpal tunnel. I wish I would’ve purchased this chair sooner.
