I tried multiple chairs before deciding on this one. I work from home and usually 9-12 hours a day. In addition I sometimes have lumbar pain. This chair is great! I never thought a mesh chair would be comfortable but I was wrong. I’m so very happy that I made this purchase.

Love this chair and enjoyed going into the store to pick it up I was able to sit on it and make sure I liked it and take it home...rather than waiting for delivery and assembling it before knowing if I like it. Good customer service and store is set up for social distancing respectful of mask wearing and hand sanitizing. Very happy!

The holes in the headrest and are position 1/8 or so inches from the slots in the chair. Other than that the chair appears to be working as expected.
