I like this chair a lot. I only wish is that you could raise it higher but it’s fine. It’s comfortable. And reclining is easy and doesn’t feel like you’re going to fall backwards!

The chair is very comfortable seating and I would truly recommend this chair to others. The process of getting the chair delivered to my office (business) was not a good one. I had to call back after two weeks to check on the delivery and it still took another 2-3 days. This issue was other than what I was promised when I purchased the chair.

I bought this in January 2020. Now in December 2020 I already have to get another chair because this one is defective. It cannot hold its position when I sit on it it sink all the way to the floor. And no it is not because I am a large guy.

First the positives of dealing with Staples. The chair was not in stock when I attempted to purchase it; however it was delivered free of charge the next day. Unfortunately the seat portion was broken. The seat was replaced free of charge due to the 7 years parts warranty and only required a call to the toll free number to arrange for a new seat to be shipped to me. The new part arrived five days later. After assembling and using for a day the outer edge of my legs felt bruised. Considering I'm of larger than average statue I fill the entire seat. The sides of the seat frame supporting the mess seat material are hard plastic with no cushioning. There is however cushioning at the front edge of the seat. I returned the chair for a full refund. I originally bought the chair for the lumbar support which seems to be good.
