The chair does not allow for normal hight. It does not have brakes on the wheels to allow it to stay still so if I use it to lean on it as I intended I can fall and brake a bone. The only reason why I don’t return it is because my son broke the box.

My only complaint is that my butt was extremely sore after 3-4 hours of use. I'm not that mad because I've seen similar chairs marketed as "3-4 hours of use" so I'm assuming this was marketed similarly and it's more comfortable than my last tall chair but I'm still annoyed. I'll have to look into buying an extra cusion.

Although the packing seems to be haphazard all the component parts were unscathed upon unboxing. assembly was easy and relatively quick even using the provided tools ( resisting the urge to use "real" tools) Even with extended sessions at the computer the chair was quite comfortable. All the parts seemed to be well-designed and assembled.
