The product was not exactly as I tried in the store. It was assembled by employees of Staples but when I got it home it does not recline as expected.

One problem which others have mentioned is that there is a gap on the right side where the cushion and securing bracket meet. It doesn't seem to impact the fit or the comfort and the gap is no where near where you would sit. It's just poor design but the chair is very comfortable and no tilt problems as others have noted. I will keep it with flaw.
