Wasn't really expecting much for this price point but the chair is pretty nice. It's comfortable so far looks nice and as depicted in the ad. About the only thing I didn't like is that the armrest bracket bolts (the most difficult part of the installation) were VERY hard to install. I ended up taking the armrests off again and inserting the bolts without them to loosen up the threads and get rid of the dirt they coated the threads with. I say dirt because it looks like caliche clay with sand in it. Probably some kind of method to lock the threads but makes it almost impossible to screw the bolts in with that tiny little Allen wrench they give you. Also the bolt threads could have been tested at the factory to make sure the bolts screwed in properly. Other than that it seems like a good buy.
