I bought this as a gift for my father. Overall he likes the chair; the seat is c" comfortable and it's an improvement over his previous chair with a broken pneumatic lift. He does note that the back seems "stiff" or "straight up" compared with his previous one. I don't know whether this is because he doesn't know how to adjust it or if it's the chair itself. I'm several hundred miles away and can't assess in person.
