After a couple of hours this chair is very uncomfortable. It feels like the seat becomes harder and harder as the day goes by. The back of my knees hurt as well. From the beginning it did not feel like the chair I sat in at the store. I thought it was just stiff and needed to be broke in....alot. Thank you

I bought this as a gift for my father. Overall he likes the chair; the seat is c" comfortable and it's an improvement over his previous chair with a broken pneumatic lift. He does note that the back seems "stiff" or "straight up" compared with his previous one. I don't know whether this is because he doesn't know how to adjust it or if it's the chair itself. I'm several hundred miles away and can't assess in person.

Chair arrived in record time easy to assemble no issues. I use this for my current Home Office needs as well as my Home Studio for music. The fold up arms allow me to play instruments in comfort and ease. Very comfortable and would recommend to others!
