The chair is nice for the price. But it lacks cushion in the seat. Arms are very nice you can flip them up to get out of the way. Lumbar support is ok. Nothing to brag about. Over all a 4 out of 5. If you sit all day I suggest more cushion.

The chair is comfortable with the ability to adjust up and down. The arms however are not adjustable (so make sure you try it in store and see that they sit right) and it does not lean back. That said if you just want a comfortable basic chair especially for those with a bit of extra weight this is a great choice.
