I have not had the chair for long but so far it is working out well. Assembly was pretty straight forward. My concern is for the quality of the bonded leather which appears to be quite thin and my not be durable. Folding arms is a good feature.

Chair has good support. Armrests swing up and out of the way easily. That was a big plus for me. I got the gray color and love the look. It wasn't that hard to put together. I did it by myself but having a helper wouldn't be a bad idea. I also like the tilt feature. I have no complaints at this point.

I thought I would be very happy with this chair but after a couple of weeks I just did not feel like it was giving me good firm back and body support. It even feels like it is slightly un-level and that this could cause back issues. Buyer Beware! I was assuming there would be 30 day return policy but it is only 14 days. Looks like it will take up space in my garage for awhile. I went back to my 25-year old chair that has some squeaking but it feels much better overall.

This chair is not as comfortable as the one on display at the store. It also has a lopsided back that is slanted to one side. I did not take it back because we already threw the box away. It is ok but I would not recommend it unless you just want an ok chair. The arms do lift out of the way which is nice. The wheels are fine and the adjustable height is fine. I just expected a bit more quality appearance and comfort than this chair provides.
