Have had this chair less than a week and the tilt tension completely stopped working. It broke and is super stiff so no longer tilts no matter what I do on the adjustment knob. Will either return or reverse charges on my credit card. It went from being fine to no tilt literally in 30 seconds of trying to adjust the tilt tension.
