I have not had the chair for long but so far it is working out well. Assembly was pretty straight forward. My concern is for the quality of the bonded leather which appears to be quite thin and my not be durable. Folding arms is a good feature.

Chair has good support. Armrests swing up and out of the way easily. That was a big plus for me. I got the gray color and love the look. It wasn't that hard to put together. I did it by myself but having a helper wouldn't be a bad idea. I also like the tilt feature. I have no complaints at this point.
