Since I'll be working from home for the foreseeable future I decided it was time to purchase a nice office chair. I am so happy with this purchase. I have bad hips and mid back pain and this chair is very comfortable to sit in for most of the day. It is comfortable and a nice looking chair. I purchased the grey one. One thing I couldn't tell from the pictures is that the stitching is lighter in color than the leather and cloth it doesn't bother me but FYI. Also part of the back and seat are cloth instead of leather but it makes it a little cooler and is still comfy. The only thing I wish it did have is adjustable arm height. You can lift the arms out of the way but they are only fixed either all the way up or down not to different heights. Installation took maybe 30 minutes. I've been using it for a couple of weeks so hoping it continues to hold up well.

The chair is comfortable. I am short.5'2 and the chair can be lowered so my feet touch the ground at the same time my back is against the back of the chair. The arms are too far apart for me but can be lifted out of the way. It did take two people to assemble but the instructions were easy to follow.

So far so good with this purchase. This chair arrived on time. Easy assembly. Cleans up nice. Comfortable. Definitely like the gray color better than the black that was seen in the store. Looks good overall. Cost was reasonable.

I purchased a very similar chair about five years ago. It is still going strong with one caveat. The piston failed about three years into ownership. I purchased an aftermarket product for about $20.00 that allowed me to put what amounted to plastic c-clamps on the piston. These plastic pieces come in different sizes to adjust for height. And were designed to be held in place with zip-ties. I went to my local auto parts store and purchased hose clamps of the right size to secure them in place. Since then I have had no issues. Only downside is the seat height is locked into a single position. But it isn't sinking any more. With this most recent purchase of two chairs (one for me another for my wife) it is too soon to offer an opinion on the life span of the piston. In general I like the construction of the chair. So much so that I bought two more even after my prior experience.

I used the chair for over 2 years at my old job. Was probably the best office chair I have ever had. I just order one for at my new job. The arms flip up so if you want to scoot further into your desk. The back has a lock so if you want a firm back. The problem that I have with alot of fancy leather chairs is I always feel like I'm sliding out of the chair. This chair has a nice mesh/leather combo on the seat so I don't get that problem. Also just the right amount of padding.
