Chair is good but after assembling - noticed that the hand rest on one side is not well aligned with the back rest. Support has sent another piece of the back rest but for the second one too - the holes where the hand rest screws will be tightened did not align correctly.

When I first sat in this chair it was the most comfortable desk chair I had ever sat in. I like that the arms go up and down. I'm only 5' 1" and my feet touch the ground comfortably! But I noticed after a few weeks the seat feels hard as though there is not much cushion left. Will need to get a seat cushion to put on top of the seat.
